  • Acquisition and Distribution Agreement

    This Theatrical Acquisition and Distribution Agreement is between a production company and a distributor who agrees to distribute a motion picture in a specific territory. This agreement sets forth the identities of the parties, the distribution territory and any screen credit given to the distribution company. This Theatrical Acquisition and Distribution Agreement also sets out that no joint venture nor partnership is created between the parties.

  • Actor Employment Agreement

    This Actor Employment Agreement is between a producer and an actor who will appear in a motion picture. This agreement sets forth the names of the parties, the effective date of the agreement, title of the motion picture and the actor’s role. This agreement also contains provisions regarding actor’s salary and wardrobe and an agreement to allow his/her name and likeness to be used in connection with publicity for the picture.

  • Actor Offer Letter

    This Actor Offer Letter is from a producer to an actor offering a role in a motion picture. This letter sets out the actor’s salary, the term of employment and actor’s reimbursement for any expenses. If the terms of this Actor Offer Letter are accepted, the parties will draft formal employment agreement.

  • Casting Director Agreement

    This Casting Director Agreement is between a producer and a casting director who will provide services in connection with the casting of a motion picture. This agreement sets out the title of the motion picture or screenplay and the payment for casting director’s services. This Casting Director Agreement also sets forth the independent contractor status of the casting director.

  • Collaboration Agreement

    This Screenwriters Collaboration Agreement is between two writers who agree to collaborate in the writing of a screenplay. This agreement sets forth the title of the work, what the work is based on and the time when the work should be completed. This Collaboration Agreement also sets forth the percentage each writer will own in the work and the screen credit given to both.

  • Confidentiality Agreement /Non-Disclosure & Circumvention Agreement

    This Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure and Circumvention Agreement is between a party who will disclose confidential information and a party who receives this information. This agreement effectively sets forth that receiving party agrees to hold the confidential information in strict confidence. This agreement also contains provisions regarding notice of disclosure and how confidential information (such as documents, software programs or media) will be returned. This Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure and Circumvention Agreement is widely used in the entertainment industry but can be tailored for any situation.

  • Director Employment Agreement

    This Director Employment Agreement is between a producer and a director of a motion picture. This agreement sets out the names of the parties, title of the motion picture, screenplay on which it is based and the services the director agrees to perform. This Director Employment Agreement further sets out director’s compensation and the right to use his/her name or likeness in connection with publicity and advertising.

  • Extra Agreement

    This Extra Agreement is between a producer and an individual who will appear as an extra in a motion picture. This agreement sets forth the names of the parties, the title of the motion picture and the role the extra agrees to perform. It also sets forth the payment of compensation, the term of employment and producer’s rights to use extra’s name and likeness

  • Location Agreement and Release

    This Location Agreement and Release is between a production company and the owner of property where a motion picture will be filmed. This agreement sets out the identities of the parties, the property where shooting will take place, the rights given by property owner and the payment for use of the property. This Location Agreement and Release also releases production company from any suits or claims of action resulting from the motion picture shoot.

  • Permission to Film Presentation

    This Permission to Film Presentation gives a producer the right to film a presentation for a specific purpose. This permission to film acknowledges producer\’s purpose and the fact that the film will not be sold or reproduced for commercial use.

  • Submission Release

    This Submission Release is between a client who desires to submit specific materials and a company who will develop the materials. This agreement sets out the specific terms including the originality of the materials and company\’s right to use client\’s name and likeness for publicity purposes.

  • TV Series Producer Agreement

    This TV Series Company Agreement is between a company and a producer who will produce a television series. This agreement sets out the identities of the parties, the title of the TV series and the production and consulting services the producer will perform. It also includes the producer’s screen credit and the rights to use producer’s name and likeness for publicity and advertising purposes.
