Website Maintenance Agreement
This Website Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on _____________ by and between _____________________________________, hereinafter referred to as (“Company”) and _____________________________________,  hereinafter referred to as (“Client”).

WHEREAS, the Client hereby wishes to engage in Company’s services and Company will provide certain website maintenance services to Company as provided in this Agreement.

THEREFOR IN CONSIDERATION THEREOF, all parties herein hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Website Maintenance Services.  The following website maintenance services shall include;

Repairing scripting languages, basic HTML, broken links and images, and other types of malfunctioning code or components.

Revising, editing, adding content and links

Adding new or changing existing web pages to keep your website up to date.

2.  Website Maintenance Fee and Billing Period.   Fee for website maintenance services are $______________.  Company shall invoice Client monthly on the ___ day of each and every month.  Invoice shall be due and payable upon receipt by Client.

3. Termination.  Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement at anytime upon ___ days written notice to Client.
