This General Assignment is between an assignee and an assignor who agrees to assign all rights and interests in certain goods or property. This assignment sets forth the specifics of what is being assigned and contains a warranty that assignor has the rights to assign. This General Assignment must be signed by both assignor and assignee in front of witnesses.
