Service Agreement
This Agreement for Services("Agreement") made and effective this __________ (Date), by and between __________________________ ("Company") and _________________ ("Provider").
WHEREAS, Provider desires to provide certain services to Company, and Company desires to purchase from Provider, certain services.
THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Services. Provider agrees to provide the following types of services to Company.
