GENERAL ORDER RE: ADOPTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 4003-2 AND LOCAL BANKRUPTCY FORM 4003-2B

WHEREAS, by General Order dated and filed on October 16, 2006, this Court adopted the Local Rules, which contain the Local Forms and Administrative Orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire; and WHEREAS, as authorized by 28 U.S.C. §§ 2071 and 2077, Rule 9029 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 77.4 of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the Court has reviewed and adopted Administrative Order 4003-2 and Local Bankruptcy Form 4003-2B; it is hereby ORDERED that the attached Administrative Order 4003-2 and Local Bankruptcy Form 4003-2B shall take effect on May 4, 2009, and be used in all bankruptcy cases then pending before the Court and thereafter commenced; and it is further ORDERED that the clerk shall notify all electronic users regarding the adoption of Administrative Order 4003-2 and Local Bankruptcy Form 4003-2B and post a copy in the clerk's office and on the Court's web site at www.nhb.uscourts.gov. DATED and FILED this 16th day of April, 2009.
