UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT DISTRICT OF NEW HAMPSHIRE ________________________________________________ GENERAL ORDER RE: AMENDMENT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY FORM 3015-1A

WHEREAS, by General Order dated and filed on October 16, 2006, this Court adopted the Local Rules, which contain the Local Forms and Administrative Orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire; and WHEREAS, as authorized by 28 U.S.C. ยงยง 2071 and 2077, Rule 9029 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 77.4 of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire; and WHEREAS, in order to permit Chapter 13 debtors to file plans which comply with the provisions of this Court's ruling in In re Michaud, 2008 BNH 021, the Court has reviewed and amended Local Bankruptcy Form 3015-1A; it is hereby ORDERED that the annexed amended Local Bankruptcy Form 3015-1A hereby amends and replaces all previous versions of said form and shall take effect immediately, and be used in all bankruptcy cases then pending before the Court and thereafter commenced; and ORDERED that the failure to use the within amended Local Bankruptcy Form 3015-1A for plans or modified plans filed on or after February 1, 2009, shall result in automatic denial of confirmation of the plan, without prejudice to the refiling of the Debtor's plan on the within Local Bankruptcy Form; and it is further ORDERED that the clerk shall notify all electronic users regarding the amendment of this Local Bankruptcy Form and post a copy in the clerk's office and on the Court's web site at www.nhb.uscourts.gov.
