The ADR session is to be held no later than the deadline established in the Scheduling Order referring the case to ADR or other Order of the Court. Statements/other information for Mediation are due to the mediator 3 days prior to the session unless otherwise requested by the ADR neutral. ATTENDANCE OF THE PROPER PARTIES OR REPRESENTATIVES at the session with FULL SETTLEMENT AUTHORITY is required. Counsel may continue or re-set the session anytime before the Court ordered completion date. There shall be no continuance or extension of the ADR session beyond the Court's completion date except by order of the Court. Counsel are directed to advise the mediator or evaluator, Court and ADR staff of any settlement prior to the scheduled session.
