Daily, Assistant United States Attorney, and respectfully informs this Honorable Court: l. On July 12, 2005, at 12:00 P.M., there will come before

this Court, at New Haven, Connecticut, the criminal case of United States of America v. William Robinson, Criminal No. 3:00CR9(JBA). 2. That the above-named defendant, William Robinson, is
