Arbitrator Phone-In Selection Procedure
The Arbitration Unit accepts phone-in selections on: Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Parties should select and agree on a minimum of four names, in order of preference selected from the Arbitrator Panel List available on the internet (www.saccourt.ca.gov) prior to calling the Arbitration Unit.

Phone-in Selection (916) 874-7438 Only one attorney is to call regarding the case. Please be prepared to provide the following information: Case Number Case Name Name of person and firm (if applicable) Four Arbitrator (and alternate Arbitrator) names in order of preference

Arbitrators will be appointed by the Court if parties do not make selections.

The Arbitrator Panel List is available on the internet http://www.saccourt.ca.gov or copies may be obtained from the Cashier in Room 102 of the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, 720 Ninth Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
