Your response must be served and filed no more than ten calendar days (plus five days if service was by mail) from the date of service of the Request. If your case is ready for Settlement Conference, an Order Setting Date of Settlement Conference and/or Case Management Conference will issue. Local Rule 9.6(D) requires you to submit a Statement of Issues for Settlement Conference or Trial ten calendar days before the Settlement Conference. Trial dates are assigned at the Case Management Conference. I AM THE PARTY/ATTORNEY FOR THE PARTY MAKING THIS REQUEST.
