INTEREST ON LAWYERS TRUST ACCOUNTS (IOLTA) PROGRAM Notice of Declination

Pursuant to D.C. Rules Ann., Appendix B, section (f), the attorney/law firm identified below elects not to participate in the IOLTA program. According to the rule, "Any lawyer or law firm that has not filed a Notice of Declination on or before July1, 1985, may elect to decline to participate in any ensuring year by filing a Notice of Declination with the Chief Judge or the Chief Judge's designee, within a 31 day period commencing on the1st day of March of each year."
