UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO U. S. A. vs. Warren L. Petersen Docket Number: 00-cr-00532-WDM-01 Petition on Probation and Supervised Release COMES NOW, Jerald Mason, probation officer of the court, presenting an official report upon the conduct and attitude of Warren L. Peterson who was placed on supervision by the Honorable Walker D. Miller sitting in the court at Denver, Colorado, on the 18th day of May, 2001, who fixed the period of supervision at 5 years, and imposed the general terms and conditions theretofore adopted by the court and also imposed special conditions and terms as follows: 1. The defendant shall be placed on home detention for a period of five (5) months, to commence within 21 days of release from confinement. During this time, the defendant shall remain at the defendant' place of residence except s for employment and other activities approved in advance by the probation officer. The defendant shall maintain a telephone at the defendant' place of residence without any special services, modems, answering machines, or s cordless telephones for the above period. The defendant shall wear an electronic device and shall observe the rules specified by the probation Department. The defendant will be required to pay the cost of electronic monitoring as directed by the probation officer. The defendant shall not incur new credit charges or open additional lines of credit without the approval of the probation officer, unless the defendant is in compliance with the installment payment schedule.

RESPECTFULLY PRESENTING PETITION FOR ACTION OF COURT FOR CAUSE AS FOLLOWS:

The defendant has complied with the rules and regulations of supervised release and is no longer in need of supervision.
PRAYING THAT THE COURT WILL ORDER: (1) that the probation officer be authorized to serve this petition

on the United States; (2) that the United States respond in writing within fifteen days of the date of service, indicating whether it has any objection to the termination of supervised release; and (3) that, if the United States does not file a timely objection, the defendant be discharged from supervised release and the proceedings in the case be terminated.
