ORDERED: From Mark Wolok, plaintiffs are entitled to $122,400 for the Florida property and $140,099 for the Michigan property for a total of $262,499, plus $10,000 in costs. If Mr. Wolok fails to pay these amounts within 30 days into the registry of the court, a warrant shall enter for his arrest and he shall be incarcerated until the full amount of $272,499 is paid. Mr. Hutchings shall prepare a proposed Order and submit it to Mr. Rauchway and the Court. 11:14 a.m. Court in recess.
