Court reviews the Plea Agreement with defendant. Court advises defendant of the maximum penalties. Court explains defendant' right to a trial by jury and other constitutional rights. s Oral findings and conclusions of law are made of record and incorporated herein. ORDER: ORDER: Court' Exhibits 1 and 2 are received. s Defendant' plea is accepted and defendant is adjudged guilty of Counts 1 s and 3 of the Indictment. Probation department shall conduct a presentence investigation and submit a presentence report as required by Fed.R.Cr.P. 32. Defendant shall, with the assistance of counsel, immediately after this hearing or as soon as is practicable, make arrangements to participate in the presentence investigation and shall cooperate fully with the probation department. Sentencing hearing is set for July 24, 2006, at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 602, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. All dates, other than the sentencing date, are vacated. Bond is continued through the sentencing hearing. Court in recess.
