Appellant appeals from the district court’s order denying his motion for a
sentence that runs concurrent with his state prison term. The district court,
however, has not yet entered judgment and sentence in appe1lant’s criminal case.
Accordingly, we sua sponte dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See 28
U.S.C.§ 1291. p _ `
