OTHER INFORMATION. With reasonable promptness, such other information as Lessor may from time to time reasonably request respecting (i) the financial condition and affairs of each member of the Leasing Group and the Leased Property and (ii) the licensing and operation of the Leased Property; including, without limitation, financial statements, certificates and consents from accountants and all other financial and licensing/operational information as may be required or requested by any Governmental Authority.
Other Information. With reasonable promptness, such other information as the Lessor may from time to time reasonably request respecting (i) the financial condition and affairs of each member of the Leasing Group and the Leased Property and (ii) the licensing and operation of the Leased Property; including, without limitation, audited financial statements, certificates and consents from accountants and all other financial and licensing/operational information as may be required or requested by any Governmental Authority.

(j) Default Conditions. As soon as possible, and in any event within five (5) days after the occurrence of any Lease Default, or each event or circumstance which, with the giving of notice or lapse of time, or both, could constitute such a Lease Default, a written statement of Lessee setting forth the details of such Lease Default, event or circumstance and the action which Lessee proposes to take with respect thereto. (k) Official Actions. Promptly after the commencement thereof, notice of all actions, suits and proceedings before any Governmental Authority or Accreditation Body which may have a material adverse effect on any member of the Leasing Group or the Leased Property.
