SAKS INC. FOURTH AMENDMENT TO PROGRAM AGREEMENT (2008-03-26)

This Fourth Amendment to Program Agreement is made and entered into as of the 28th day of November, 2007 by an among by and among Saks Incorporated (“Saks”), Jackson Office Properties, Inc., successor in interest to McRae’s, Inc. (together with the Company, the “Saks Companies”), and HSBC Bank Nevada, National Association (“HSBC”) with respect to that certain Program Agreement dated as of April 15, 2003, as amended (the “Agreement”), by and between HSBC and the Saks Companies.

JACKSON HEWITT TAX SERVICE INC. FOURTH AMENDMENT TO PROGRAM AGREEMENT (2010-07-02)

This FOURTH AMENDMENT (“Fourth Amendment”) to the September 19th, 2007, Program Agreement as previously amended (the “Agreement”) by and between Republic Bank & Trust Company (“Republic”), a Kentucky banking corporation, and Jackson Hewitt Inc. (“JHI”), a Virginia corporation, is effective as of the 30th day of June, 2010.

REPUBLIC BANCORP INC /KY/. FOURTH AMENDMENT TO PROGRAM AGREEMENT (2010-07-02)

This FOURTH AMENDMENT (“Fourth Amendment”) to the September 19th, 2007, Program Agreement as previously amended (the “Agreement”) by and between Republic Bank & Trust Company (“Republic”), a Kentucky banking corporation, and Jackson Hewitt Inc. (“JHI”), a Virginia corporation, is effective as of the 30th day of June, 2010.
