THREE FIVE SYSTEMS INC. SECOND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT (1996-03-13)

This Note is issued pursuant to that Loan Agreement dated of even date herewith between Maker and Payee (as amended from time to time, the "Loan Agreement").

CONTINENTAL HOMES HOLDING CORP. SECOND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT (1995-08-25)

ARBOR PROPERTY TRUST. SECOND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT (1997-03-28)

THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 23rd day of December, 1996 effective as of December 31, 1996, by and between PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association with offices at 1600 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103 (the "Bank") and ARBOR PROPERTY TRUST, a Delaware business trust with offices at Suite 800, One Tower Bridge, West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania 19428 (the "Borrower").

HEALTHCARE FINANCIAL PARTNERS INC. SECOND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT (1998-02-20)

This Second Modification Agreement shall in all respects supercede the First Modification Agreement.
