This Employee Secondment Agreement (this “ ** _Agreement_** ”), dated as of April 10, 2017 (the “ ** _Effective Date_** ”), is entered into by and among **HESS CORPORATION** , a Delaware corporation (“ ** _Hess Corp._** ”), **HESS TRADING CORPORATION** , a Delaware corporation (“ ** _HTC_** ,” and together with Hess Corp., “ ** _Hess_** ”), **HESS MIDSTREAM PARTNERS GP LP** , a Delaware limited partnership (the “ ** _MLP GP LP_** ”), and **HESS MIDSTREAM PARTNERS GP LLC** , a Delaware limited liability company (the “ ** _Company_** ”, and together with the MLP GP LP, the “ ** _General Partner_** ”).
