Seller warrants to Buyer that Seller is the legal and true owner of the Motor Cycle and that Seller has the right to sell the Motor Cycle. Furthermore, Seller warrants that Motor Cycle is free from any lien, security interest or other encumbrance, except a lien by _____________________ (“Lien Holder”) and that Seller will defend Motor Cycle against any claims or demands, except any previously mentioned lien (if any).
