ORDER
This cause coming to be heard on Plaintiff’ s Motion for Default Judgment against
Defendant SHAIVLROCK TREE SERVICE, INC. ("SHAMROCK TREE"), all parties having
been given due notice, the Court being fully advised of the premises,
IT IS HEREBY FOUND that Defendant SHAMROCK TREE is in default for failing to
answer, or otherwise plead, after being duly served with process; and
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT a judgment by default is entered in favor of
CENTER CAPITAL CORPORATION and against SHAMROCK TREE, as follows:
a. Awarding money damages in the amount of $146,320.37;
b. Awarding pre-judgment interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date of
acceleration of July 18, 2006 through April 9, 2007, which totals $10,446.30 (265
days at $39.42 per day), plus $39.42 per day until the entry of judgment;
c. Awarding attorneys’ fees, costs of suit and other expenses in the amount of
$6,754.54.
