I MOTION FOR A SCHEDULING CONFERENCE . I ·
- The United States, by and through Colm F. Cormolly, United States Attomey for the
District of Delaware, and Douglas E. McCa1m, Assistant United States Attorney for the District I
of Delaware, hereby moves the Court to set a scheduling conference in the above-captioned case
for the reasons set forth below. i
_ 1. The Grand Jury returned an Indictment against the defendant on March 15, 2007.
2. The defendant moved to suppress certain evidence on May 10, 2007.
3. I Ob September 20, 2007, after conducting an evidentiary hearing and reviewing post-
hearing briefing, the Court granted—in-part and denied-in-part the defendant’s motion.
4. There are no other pending motions. A ·

WHEREFORE, the United States respectfully asks the Court to set a date for a scheduling
n conference in order to address the scheduling of trial in this matter. A proposed fonn of order is
attached for the Court’s convenience.
