No. I agree that my possession of any cell phones, laptop computers or personal digital assistants in courthouses beyond the security checkpoints will be in strict accordance with the provisions of E.D. TN. LR 83.1 and E.D. Tenn. LBR 5073-1. I further agree not to allow anyone else to use or attempt to use such device. I acknowledge that I have read and understand E.D. TN. LR 83.1 and E.D. Tenn. LBR 5073-1. I understand that any violation of this Agreement, whether intentional or innocent, may result in the loss of my privileges to bring electronic devices into the courthouse, fines or other appropriate action, including confiscation of the device. I understand and agree that United States Deputy Marshals and Court Security Officers may enforce this Agreement, E.D. TN. LR 83.1, E.D. Tenn. LBR 5073-1, and any other applicable rules and orders of the Court governing use of electronic devices and may confiscate the device if they believe there has been a violation of this Agreement, E.D. TN. LR 83.1, E.D. Tenn. LBR 5073-1, and any other applicable rules and orders of the Court governing use of electronic devices or breach of or threat to security. I will provide the United States Marshal's Office and Court Security Officers with a copy of this executed agreement.
