alleged violations of Title VII ofthe Civil Rights Act of `I964. 42 U.S.C. § 2000e gt s__gg, the Age
Discrimination in Employment Act. 29 U.S.C. § 626(lw). the Delaware Discrimination in
Employment Act, I9 Del. Code § 70l eg gi. and the Family Medical Leave Act. 29 U .S.C.
§ 260l gt sg, and
WHEREAS. Plaintiff is subject to an agreement to arbitmte employment-related claims
he may have against Defendants.
NOW. THEREFORE. on this day oflanuary. 2006. it is ORDERED,
ADJUDGED and DEC REED. that this civil action is stayed and this matter is referred to
arbitration pursuant to the arbiu-ation agreement between Plaintiff and Defendants.
