ORDER REGARDING MOTION TO FILE DOCUMENTS UNDER SEAL For good cause, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The following document(s) (the "Sealed Document(s)") may be filed under seal:

2. A complete, unredacted copy of each Sealed Document shall be served only on the following parties:

3. The filing party shall immediately file a redacted version of each Sealed Document for entry on the public docket (Docket Copy). Such copy shall have only the confidential information redacted or, if the entire document is being placed under seal, such copy shall consist of a cover page with the full case caption, identity of the filing party, title of the document, and reference to the docket number of this order. The filing party shall redact only those portions of the Sealed Documents that contain confidential information. It is the policy of the court to make publicly available as much information as is appropriate under the circumstances.

4. The filing party shall provide the court with a complete, unredacted copy of each Sealed Document in PDF format on a CD of archival quality (Clerk's Copy). The CD shall be submitted in a sealed envelope attached to a declaration stating that the contents are true and correct copies of the Sealed Document(s). The declaration must clearly identify the Sealed Document(s) and, if known, reference the corresponding docket number(s) of the redacted version(s) and this order. 5. The filing party shall submit a complete, unredacted paper copy of each Sealed Document for use by the judge and chambers staff (Judge's Copy). 6. The seal shall expire two years following the date of entry of this order, subject to an extension granted on motion filed by the filing party or other party in interest prior to expiration of the seal. 7.
