DATE:November 19, 2003 RE: New PrePlea Criminal History Report Procedures

In my previous memo regarding the above, the e-mail address for the probation department was given to us in error. PLEASE NOTE THE CORRECT ADDRESS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS MEMO. The Judges of the Court approved a procedure whereby counsel requesting a pre-plea criminal record check should send a form letter via e-mail to the chambers e-mail box of the presiding judge, with copies to opposing counsel and to the Probation Department. If the judge approves the request, an approved copy will be sent to all counsel and the probation office. Below are the e-mail addresses for the Court.
