PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take note that the Court has revised the Model Chapter 13 Plan (Local Form 13). Paragraph 1 under "Disbursements" has been revised to read:
1. Trustee and Court Fees. Pay Trustee a percent of all disbursements as allowed by law and pay filing fees if the Court enters an order providing for filing fees to be paid in the Chapter 13 plan.

This modification will eliminate the need to identify in the plan if the filing fees are to be paid by the Trustee. The Trustee will determine whether to pay filing fees and the amount of such fees based on the Court's order granting a debtor's request to pay the filing fees through the Chapter 13 plan.
