CORRECTED1 ORDER REQUIRING USE OF LOCAL FORM NM 512 In order to ensure that the requirements of 11 U.S.C. sections 727(a)(11), 1141(d)(3), and 1328(g)(1) are met, IT IS ORDERED that Local Form NM 512 - Debtor's Certification of Completion of Postpetition Instructional Course in Personal Financial Management be used in lieu of Official Form 23, effective January 14, 2008. The NM form requires that a document attesting to the completion of the course be attached. The NM form can be found at http://www.nmcourt.fed.us/usbc/.
