The Honorable Kent A. Jordan
United States Court of Appeals
844 North King Street
Wilmington, Delaware 19801
Re: Novozymes A/S v. Genencor International, Inc. et oi.
CA. No. G5—160gKA.l'g
Dear Judge Jordan:
We write in response to Defendants Genencor International Inc. and Enzyme l
Development Corporations request for oral argument in the captioned matter (D.I. 218). Given
that the Court has already presided over a bench trial and has received the parties’ written
submissions, Plaintiff Novozymes A/S ("Novozy1nes") believes that oral argument is
unnecessary and would only delay a finai decision in this case. if the Court, however, finds that
oral argument would be helpf`ul,Novozy1nes would be available at the Courts convenience.
Respectfully submitted,
AWI1,1. Q ’ t
