The defendant, the Southern New England Telephone Company, hereby requests an

Trial Memorandum in this ease. The reason for the requested extension is that the undersigned
counsei is inthe process of transitioning to a new nrrn and hss been completely engaged in deteiis
concerning the transition and attending to ciient needs in connection therewith. The undersigned
I expects to transition to the new firm within the next week and does not anticipate any difficulty
completing the Joint Trial Memorandum by the date requested.
The undersigned has contacted Keren Torre, attorney for the plaintiff; who has indicated that
she has no objection to the motion being granted.
