DEFENDANT MOTION FOR DISMISSAL AN D/OR SUMMARY
JUDGEMENT
Pursuant to Local Rule 9(b) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 6, the plaintiff, Patricia Hoey,’
respectfully request an extension of time of twenty three (23) days, up to and
including September 3, 2004 to respond to the Defendant’s Motion To Dismiss,
Or In The Alternative, For Surmnary Iudgment. In support of this motion, the
undersigned counsel for plaintiff states that the additional time is required to
( further confer with the Plaintiff and obtain a supporting affidavit. “`
