& Smith, hereby moves for the return of property on tile with the Court in this case.
Specifically, the plaintiff requests that the bond posted by the plaintiff dated April 9, 2003,
Surety Bond # 6209067, in the amount of $25,000 from Safeco Insurance Company be
returned to the plaintiff In support of this motion, the plaintiff represents that this case settled
and, therefore, there is no reason for the Court to n1aintain the bond.
WHEREF ORE, the plaintiff respectfully requests that its motion be granted.
