The board finds that the appraisal records, as corrected by the chief appraiser according to the orders of the board, should be approved. The board finds that the sum of appraised values, as determined by the chief appraiser, of all properties on which protests have been filed but not determined by this board is five percent or less of the total appraised value of all other taxable properties. The board therefore APPROVES the appraisal records as corrected.
