SCHOOL DISTRICT AND APPRAISAL DISTRICT PETITION PROTESTING PROPERTY VALUE STUDY
Complete superintendent's side if school district protest only; chief appraiser's side if appraisal district protest only; both if this is a joint protest. School districts are encouraged to file separate protest petitions for each appraisal district responsible for appraising portions of their jurisdiction. The agent named below is the school district's agent for all purposes in connection with presenting and preparing the appeal. The agent may appear on behalf of the school district, offer evidence, resolve any disputed matter, or authorize other persons to help the agent in any portion of the protest. The agent is designated as the school district's sole agent for service for the district for this petition, and any communications, notices, or other information directed to the agent constitute delivery of that information to this school district. I have attached and made a part of this petition a completed Statement of Protest and Evidence with a list of specific changes requested, the reason each change makes the taxable value findings more accurate, documentary evidence supporting each change requested, and a statement of value claimed correct. I certify that I have read this petition and the attachments and they are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I further certify that I have mailed a copy of this petition to each appraisal district in which my district participates.
