I received your [rom December 21. The vesset is a tender to the yacht! I gave that to you in October. As for
the second pm of your fax, I fait to understand why these issues are not completed.
I. When I added time tender to the yacht, I reported that the value was {mc. The reason the add was
inflated was that the vessel was for sale and the owner wanted to make a profit. This was reported to
~y0u on October I6. _ `
2. i ezmnot believe that the navigation is not resolved! I specifically forwarded Captain John Mctfiaughey
to you, so that thc issue would be handled correctly. He gave you the navigation ofthe vessel, it should
have been adjusted per his specifications.
Please tix this immediately or forward back to me ASAP the specific decails that you mentioned.
