UPDATES REQUIRED: Each person who is a party to an order for child support or access to or possession of a child MUST NOTIFY EVERY OTHER PARTY AND THE COURT OF ANY CHANGE in any of the following: current residence, mailing and employment addresses: name of employer: home and work telephone number(s). NOTICE of any change MUST BE IN WRITING, sent by certified or registered mail. Notice of any change MUST BE GIVEN AT LEAST 60 DAYS BEFORE THE CHANGE. If a party did not know and could not have known of the change in time to provide the 60 day notice, the written notice of the change shall be made no later than 5 days after the change. Only the court may waive any of these requirements. A party seeking such a waiver must file a written motion with court as required by law. Failure to comply timely and fully with these requirements may result in a finding of contempt of court. (See Tex. Fam. Code §105.006 & §105.007)
