I hereby request that the above entitled Accelerated Civil Trial (ACT) case be scheduled for Case Management Conference in accordance with California Superior Court of Sacramento County Local Rule 11.00. I understand that, as a result of this request: (1) This case will be scheduled for a Case Management Conference and all parties that have made an appearance in the case will receive notice of the scheduled conference date from the court by mail. (2) The parties to the case must meet and confer at least 30 days prior to the Conference for purposes of facilitating the filing of a Single Joint Case Management Statement, or the parties to the case must each file an individual Statement and serve it upon the other parties, no later than 15 days before the scheduled Case Management Conference.
