Upon consideration of the pleadings and evidence submitted herein consisting of Petitioner's (name): Application and Declaration, and it satisfactorily appearing therefrom that Respondent, (name): ,

is a necessary party to this action who cannot with reasonable diligence be served in any manner specified in Section 415.10 through 415.40 of the Code of Civil Procedure. IT IS ORDERED that a copy of the Petition and Summon be served by posting of the aforementioned forms on the public bulletin board in San Francisco Civic Center Courthouse, Clerk's Office Room 103, 400 McAllister Street, San Francisco for four (4) consecutive weeks. FURTHERMORE, IT IS ORDERED that immediately after posting, a copy of the Petition and Summons be served by mailing, first class mail, to Respondent's last known address. This method of service is most likely to give Respondent actual notice of the action. Service shall be deemed complete on the 28th consecutive day after the Petition and Summons have been posted, provided copies of the Petition and Summons have been mailed to Respondent. On the fourth week, 28 days after the posting, the Court shall acquire jurisdiction over said Respondent.
