as correctional officer at the Del ware Correctional Center ("DCC") since May 1, 1982.
Since 1989, Ihave been assigned to work in the institutional niail room. These
. ,responsibi·Ii.ries include sripewiin ofthe mailroorn and staff to ensure the mail is I
handled properly and sorted in efficient manner. My duties also include receiving all
outgoing inmate mail fromliousiiig units and the inspection. of mail and packages for
postage and proper addresses. Tire mailroorn also receives and distributes State rnail ·
which is delivered to the instituwlin.
