APPELLEES’ REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT
Federal-Mogul Global Inc., T&N Limited et al. (collectively and as identified in
footnote I hereto, the "Debtors"), the Official Committee of Asbestos Claimants, the Legal
Representative for Future Asbestos Claimants, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors,
JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Administrative Agent, and the Official Committee of Equity Security
Holders (collectively, the "Appellees") hereby request oral argument with respect to the above- 3
captioned appeal (the “Appeal") pursuant to D. Del. L.R. 7.1.4 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy J
Procedure 8012. ’ -
At this juncture, the parties have completed their briefing with respect to the
Appeal. The Appellees submit that oral argument is warranted in this case because there are
significant discrepancies between the factual and legal issues presented by the Appellants and the (
