GOVERNMENT'S MOTION FOR AN ARREST WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO SURRENDER

The United States of America, William J. Leone, the United States Attorney, by and through the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney, moves the Court to enter an Order for the arrest of Enrique Guerra. Mr. Guerra was sentenced by this honorable Court on January 31, 2003 and ordered to self surrender for incarceration in May 2003 to begin a 60 month sentence. He did not surrender to begin his sentence in violation of this Court's order.
