The Court enters on the record the status of the two cases. Discussion The Court will enter a written order, that there being no objection, all Wheeler Trigg attorney work product be returned to Wheeler Trigg under the supervision of the Special Master; that the same will be destroyed, either incinerated or ground into dust; and that Wheeler Trigg certify the same to the Special Master and to this Court. The deadline for this certification is Friday, February 16, 2007.
