ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO BRIEF USURY ISSUE

This matter comes before the Court on the Motion of Defendants Proland Mangement, LLC, Craig Nelson and Tom Warnes' for an extension of time to comply with the Court's Order dated June 15, 2006 regarding filing of a brief respecting statutory interest, . The Court having reviewed the Motion, its file, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that grounds for the relief requested have been shown, and accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED, that Defendants Proland Management, LLC, Craig Nelson and Tom Warnes shall have to and including July 10, 2006 within which to file a brief respecting application of the Colorado usury statutes to the issues in this case.
