Mr. Reece hands the Court copies of the stipulations and tells the Court that there are two stipulations. Discussion re stipulations The Court asks the parties if they can live with what the Court proposes. Mr. Ramey states that he can speak for his client's position, and what the Court proposes will be acceptable to them. Mr. Reece states that he just spoke with his clients, and they say they can. Court's further comments Mr. Ramey asks for clarification, that they will not be E-filing this stipulation; and the Court responds that that is correct. Court's further comments - these stipulations will be filed as part of the record in this case as JOINT EXHIBITS XXX, under seal.
