This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Modify Term of Imprisonment Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(C)(2) (Doc 132 - filed June 17, 2008 and Doc 136 - filed July 3, 2008). In that Motion, Defendant requested appointment of counsel and that request is GRANTED. Charles Elliott is hereby appointed as CJA counsel for Defendant. Counsel for the Defendant and the Government are ordered to file a response with the Court indicating whether or not the Defendant is eligible for the sentence reduction pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) on or before August 27, 2008.
