THIS MATTER, coming before the Court on the referenced Government's Motion, and this Court, after reviewing the pleading, its file in this matter, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion should be and is hereby GRANTED. Therefore, the Indictment as to defendants Gonzalez, Padilla and LopezDelatorre only is DISMISSED. Also, the outstanding arrest warrants for defendants Padilla and Lopez-Delatorre, are hereby QUASHED. Done and Ordered this day of September, 2007,
