Defendant declines to make a statement. ORDERED: 1. Probation is revoked due to the violation of the terms and conditions thereof. Defendant is committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a period of three months. No further supervision will be imposed after that period. U.S. Probation Office shall prepare a judgment in accordance with the Court's ruling.
