HUMBERTO ORTIZ-ORONA, Defendant. _____________________________________________________________________ ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE _____________________________________________________________________ On February 1, 2006, the Court continued the Supervised Release Violation Hearing that was begun that day to Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at 3:00 p.m. A Minute Order filed on February 1, 2006, confirmed that continuance. Although Assistant U.S. Attorney Wyatt Angelo was present at the hearing and is the lead attorney to be noticed on CM-ECF, Mr. Angelo did not attend the hearing on March 8, 2006. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Mr. Angelo shall show cause in writing by Wednesday, March 15, 2006, why the Court should not impose sanctions for his failure to attend the hearing.
