MOTION TO DISMISS INDICTMENT

COMES NOW, the United States of America, by and through Troy A. Eid, United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, and Wayne Campbell, Assistant United States Attorney, and hereby moves the Court to dismiss the Indictment as it pertains to Defendant LEONOR DOSAL. The Defendant has pled guilty to a one-count felony Information which charges a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 3146(a)(1) and (b)(A)(ii), knowingly failing to appear as required by conditions of release.
