Courtroom Minutes Judge Edward W. Nottingham Page 2 The jury trial is scheduled to begin Tuesday, May 30, 2006 and shall last two days. ORDERED: 2. A Trial Preparation Conference is scheduled for Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 4:15 p.m.

Plaintiff asks the court to set a date for Defense to disclose particulars of deposition testimony. Court directs Defense Counsel to provide the information to Plaintiff at the Trial Preparation Conference, in accordance with the Court procedures. Plaintiff requests that they be allowed to substitute a different corporate representative. Court informs Plaintiff that a substitution would be an amendment to the Pretrial Order, and Plaintiff should move to amend the Pretrial Order if they intend to attempt a substitution. ORDERED: 3. Counsel shall redo the Pretrial Order using the proper format for the court.
